Smiling Moon
Last night, I received an SMS from a friend. It said "Go look at the moon. Quick. It is smiling back." I thought it was a really strange message but decided to go out to the garden and check it out. True enough, there was a sleeping crescent moon and two stars above it. It looked exactly like a smiley face. What a wonderful phenomenon! J took out the camera and tripod and managed to capture it. There is no photo manipulation. It is exactly the way it looked last night.

Wow, that is an AWESOME photo! Sadly, we didn't manage to catch that...:( Mom was told about this phenomenon too, but when we got out to see it was cloudy...=( But we still got to see it from your blog here, so thanks for sharing it!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I saw it too while walking back from a walkie with a boarder. Wanted to take a picture of it but got lazy upon reaching home. Hee!

We saw it too! LS got a sms from a friend. She thought it was a joke too but she went out to look at the sky anyway. It was beautiful!
